Welcome to WatchQueue. By using our website at watchqueue.app and related services, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.
1. What WatchQueue Does
WatchQueue is a free tool that connects to your YouTube account via Google OAuth, reads your saved playlists and videos, uses AI to organize them by topic, and suggests a structured watch order. We also offer optional email reminders to help you follow through on watching your saved content.
2. Your Account
To use WatchQueue, you sign in with your Google account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. You must not share your login credentials or allow unauthorized access.
You must be at least 13 years old to use WatchQueue. By using the service, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.
3. YouTube Data
WatchQueue accesses your YouTube data in read-only mode. We do not modify, delete, upload, or change anything on your YouTube account. We only read playlist and video metadata (titles, channel names, thumbnails) to provide our categorization and learning path features.
You can revoke WatchQueue's access to your YouTube data at any time through your Google Account permissions.
4. AI Processing
We use AI (Anthropic's Claude) to categorize your videos and generate learning paths. Only video titles and channel names are processed — no personal information is sent to the AI. AI-generated categories and recommendations may not always be perfectly accurate.
5. Free Service
WatchQueue is currently free to use. We may introduce paid features ("WatchQueue Pro") in the future, but the core features will remain free. If we introduce paid features, we will notify you in advance and you will never be charged without explicit consent.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use WatchQueue for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to access other users' data or accounts
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the service
- Use automated scripts or bots to access the service (beyond normal browser use)
- Interfere with the operation of the service
7. Intellectual Property
WatchQueue's design, code, branding, and content are owned by WatchQueue. YouTube videos remain the property of their respective creators and YouTube. We do not claim ownership of any YouTube content accessed through our service.
8. Disclaimer
WatchQueue is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI categorizations will be perfectly accurate.
We are not responsible for the content of YouTube videos accessed through our service. Video content is created and hosted by third parties on YouTube.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, WatchQueue and its creator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
10. Account Deletion
You may request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by emailing harinigpc@gmail.com. We will complete the deletion within 30 days of your request.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
